These Terms govern your use of SpiritualCine (spiritualcine.com), operated by Cantu Soul Entertainment ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

Membership

SpiritualCine offers free and paid memberships. A paid membership (the "SpiritualCine Pass") gives you access to the films in the Essential Selection and to members-only writing for as long as your membership is active.

Free trial

New paid members may receive a 7-day free trial. You will be asked for a payment method when you start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the price shown at sign-up. One free trial per person.

Billing and renewal

Paid memberships are billed in advance, monthly ($9.99) or yearly ($89.99), in U.S. dollars, and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Account on the site. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Memberships are personal and may not be shared or resold.

Use of the content

Films, essays and other content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute or publicly exhibit any content. Films remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Availability of films

The catalog changes over time. Films may be added or removed as licenses begin and end, and we do not guarantee that any particular film will remain available.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
