SpiritualCine, operated by Cantu Soul Entertainment, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you sign up.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage information: basic, privacy-friendly analytics about which pages and newsletters are opened, provided by our publishing platform, Ghost.
- Video playback: films are streamed through Vimeo, which may collect technical data such as your IP address and device type in order to deliver the video.
How we use it
To give you access to your membership, to process payments, to send you the weekly film and the newsletter you signed up for, to answer your messages, and to improve the service.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Service providers
We rely on Ghost (publishing and membership), Stripe (payments) and Vimeo (video). Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
Emails
You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time using the link in every email or from your Account page. We will still send essential account and billing emails.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to spiritcine33@gmail.com. You can also delete your account from the Account page.
Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting purposes afterwards.
Children
SpiritualCine is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and notify members of significant changes by email.
